The model evaluates a stock’s valuation by combining key factors such as Earnings Growth, Sales Growth, PE Ratio, PS Ratio, and Price Patterns — helping traders and investors determine whether a stock is overvalued or undervalued.

Unlike traditional valuation methods, TVM integrates price confirmation into its process — making it particularly powerful for breakout traders. Overvalued breakouts often lead to trap patterns and fakeouts, while undervalued conditions can signal bottoming-out opportunities. This model helps traders avoid false setups, refine their watchlist, and focus only on structurally strong and fundamentally aligned stocks.
